- Are the merchants good pay masters? Do they pay on time?

There are many ways to get started with affiliate marketing. One thing for sure is you don't necessarily need to build a website from scratch. You can take advantage of free, user-friendly 'pre-built site' that already has good page rank in major search engines. Your task is to build good content and drive targeted traffic to your site. With the right marketing strategies and techniques, you can successfully close a sale. It could even happen overnight!

The answer to how to become effective with affiliate marketing can be found all over the Internet. Finding the formula for success in affiliate marketing can be a little tricky though. A perfect strategy for one product may be a dead zone for another. It's not about making the quickest sale but rather it's about building a business online. The key here is education. Educate yourself to understand the process of affiliate marketing, instead of jumping from one affiliate program to another.
