College Student Jobs - would you like an income you can count on all year round?

College student jobs are some of the hardest to find...regardless of the time of year.

Many of these jobs tend to be seasonal and therefore requires you to start all over the following year. During my stay in college I struggled with managing my employers'schedule and my class schedule, especially during finals.

Every payday it always seemed like I never made enough. I had to spend everything I made; gas for my car, car repairs, doctors visits, travel expenses, books, etc. None of the college student jobs I was aware of seemed to meet my need. As a result I had to work more than one job.

It was a shame that I couldn't depend on an ongoing source of above average income. It wasn't until my junior year when I landed a sales job that I began to really see some "good money". None of my previous college student jobs came close to providing me this level of income.

I believe that todays college students have much more available to them. In the high tech world we live in there are abundant opportunities to earn non-traditional income that can surpass what we can earn by working an "extra" job of many full-time jobs.

Many of these college student jobs will be earned online. Now, before you hit the back button, hear me out. In your current scenario I bet you're planning on trading "hours for dollars". At some point you will have to scale back when you return to school full-time. What will happen to your income then? This is even more critical if you're married and have a child on the way.

As a college student I know you can't survive with a personal computer. You probably have a laptop. Here's a thought. Since you're used to spending a great deal of time on that thing anyway you're already accustomed to typing in a bunch of data. Right? Why not get paid for it?
